Slips and Trips
Slips and trips can involve anything from minor scuffs and grazes to broken bones and paralysation. There are many common types of slips, trips and falls including accidents as a result of wet floors, uneven pavements and ice/snow in areas that should have been cleared up and maintained.
These incidents can occur in all sorts of places including in the workplace and in public – inclusive of outdoor public areas where the council may be liable or within shops whereby the business may be at fault for lack of upkeep or signage dependant on the incident.
