Statement Services standard service level agreement is that all statements will be returned within 48 hours of the appointment, if not sooner. If this is not possible for reasons beyond our control then you will be contacted immediately and asked for further instructions.
It is possible that some cases can be turned around the same day if required depending on client co-operation and availability.
All instructions received are acknowledged immediately giving you peace of mind that they have arrived safely and can be submitted via post, DX, by hand or email.
Should we require any further documentation than that already provided, we will request this within 2 hours of receipt of the initial instructions to avoid any delay in the preparation of the statement.
We understand the need as a service provider that you are outsourcing a legal function to us and we will ensure that we comply not only with the CPR and DPA Policy but also Chapter 7.10 of the SRA regarding safe keeping of documents. We ensure records are kept no longer than absolutely necessary and destroyed securely.
